• Hydrate-Scan-Win with O'cean Fruit Water is a consumer promotion by Ocean Drinks Private Limited, where individuals stand a chance to win prizes.
• Consumer can win prize only on the O'cean Fruit Water SKUs having “Hydrate Scan Win - QR Code”.
• A user can win each type of merch only once. For example, if you’ve won an O'cean cap, you won’t be eligible to win it again.
• The campaign duration is from 15th November 2024 to 31st March 2025.
• The promotion is valid for individuals residing in India
• Each unit of the O'cean Fruit Water SKUs with “Hydrate Scan Win - QR Code” has a unique code. Winners will be determined based on the submission of valid codes. Any winners claiming to have won the contest without a valid code will be considered null and void.
• O’cean Exclusive Ball/Mini Bat/O'cean Coupon Code/Tote Bags /iPhone/O'cean Gift Hamper/O'cean Fridge Magnet/O'cean Keychain/O'cean Cap will be awarded to consumers after fulfilling the final submission step.
• If the unique code is displayed as invalid, please reach out to us at info@oceanbeverages.in with a copy of the proof of purchase. The proof of purchase will be verified, and a new code will be issued.
• Participation in the contest is voluntary and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating, participants agree to receive communications from Ocean Drinks Private Limited related to the contest and unconditionally agree not to make any claims or raise complaints against Ocean Drinks Private Limited.
• Participants can enter the promotion multiple times, but the prizes will be based on t&c.
• The promotion is advertised through various media, including digital media, point- of-sale materials, public announcements, websites, and other available media.
• The promotion is subject to all applicable central, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Any tax liability regarding the gratification shall be the responsibility of the winner.
• All winners are subject to verification, including eligibility checks as deemed appropriate by Ocean Drinks Private Limited Winners must fully comply with these terms and conditions. Ocean Drinks Private Limited reserves the right to verify the winner's details and disqualify any winner if necessary.
• Ocean Drinks Private Limited shall not be responsible for system outages, delays, equipment malfunctions, errors, data loss, lost or unavailable connections, or any other technological difficulties during the contest. Ocean Drinks Private Limited will not be liable for failures related to submissions, late, lost, misrouted, or damaged transmissions or entries, or prizes. Printing or typographical errors in contest materials will not be the responsibility of the promoter.
• The gratification cannot be exchanged for any other prizes, product, or item, is non-transferable, and cannot be encashed under any circumstances. Ocean Drinks Private Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, or other force majeure circumstances. Ocean Drinks Private Limited shall not pay any compensation for such loss.
• The contest shall be void in any state where it is prohibited by law. In such cases, Ocean Drinks Private Limited shall not provide any cash-back, gifts, or compensation to the participant.
• Participants agree that Ocean Drinks Private Limited shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with the contest or the gratification.
• The decision of Ocean Drinks Private Limited in the contest and related matters shall be final and binding. Any disputes should be sent in writing to the Grievance Officer, Ocean Drinks Private Limited, 2nd floor, Sarkar Heritage, B-869, Kane Rd, Mount Mary, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400050. Disputes shall be referred to the Courts of Mumbai Jurisdiction.
• Ocean Drinks Private Limited reserves the right to withdraw, change, alter, and modify the services and any other aspect of the contest at any time without notice. Winners are liable to pay applicable TDS, Goods and Service Tax, Sales Tax, and all other applicable taxes and any other amendments in respect thereof.
• The promotion is not valid for employees of Ocean Drinks Private Limited, its subsidiaries, or its associates.
• The prizes will be dispatched 4-5 days after the winner has checked out with the details. The delivery may take longer depending on the location.
• Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged. Ocean Drinks Private Limited has taken extra measures to ensure that the prizes dispatched are damage free.
• Exchange is available in case of damages. The request for damage exchange, along with pictures, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery on info@oceanbevergaes.in
• Exchange will be available on the basis of proof of damage.
• In case of the prizes lost/Damaged in transit please write to info@oceanbevergaes.in.
• All the contest related queries will be addressed within 72 working hours.
