Shipping Terms & Conditions :

1. The logistics company will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package of Ocean incase of unavailability.

2. As per the new rule by the logistics company, a 6 digit OTP will be required at the time of delivery.

3. You are required to answer their calls and be available at the time of delivery communicated to you.

4. Incase of fake delivery, thorough investigation will be done, which will take 7-8 days to conclude on the next steps.

  1. We offer FREE SHIPPING Pan India on all Pre-Paid order’s above Rs.500. We do not accept cash-on-delivery. Please consider the shipping rates displayed during the checkout page to be final.
  2. Ocean Beverages will send tracking information via email within 72 hours of order confirmation.
  3. All orders are processed within 48-72 hours of receipt (business days). On Sundays and public holidays, orders are not processed or shipped.
  4. The estimated delivery time is 5-7 working days from order confirmation.
  5. If we receive a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for additional transit days for delivery. If there is going to be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
  6. We do not currently ship outside of India.
  7. The logistics company will make a maximum of 3 attempts to deliver your package. Several logistics companies now require a 6-digit OTP during delivery, according to the new terms. Before the delivery is attempted, an OTP will be sent to your mobile number. You are required to answer their calls or be available to provide the 6-digit OTP. If the customer fails to do so, Ocean Beverages is not obligated to refund/re-attempt the package. The order will be marked as having been delivered. Please send an email to if the delivery executive makes a false delivery attempt. A thorough investigation will be conducted, which will take approximately 7-8 days to conclude on the next step.
  8. The order will be delivered to the specified address in the order details. Incase of change of address a nominal fee will be charged to revise the information and retry the delivery No refund will be provided. To ensure a smooth delivery process, kindly mention the correct address/pin code at the time of placing the order.
